You have symptoms- eg.high temperature, new persistent cough or a change to your sense of taste or smell.
You have been advised to self isolate (eg. via NHS Test and Trace)
Someone you live with has symptoms.

When attending appointments please temperature check yourself on the day (I will do the same), wear a face mask and bring a drink of water with you. Hand sanitiser will be available and the treatment room will be cleaned between clients. I use a mask (and sometimes also a face visor) as appropriate during treatments.

Please include your name, contact phone number, the therapy you are interested in and a brief outline of your reasons for seeking treatment.
If you are experiencing new or a change of symptoms you must consult with your GP for diagnosis and advice.
When can I make an appointment?
Appointment times are Monday and Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm.
Some weekday evening appointments are also available (generally Monday to Thursday) so please check for times with me.
How long are appointment times?
Treatment times usually range from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment, if you arrive late this may mean a shorter appointment time. If you are early I may be with another client. I do not have a waiting room but there are a number of coffee shops and cafes within a few minutes walk at the end of the road.
First appointments will involve a discussion of your general heath and I will take notes relevant to this information.
What fees do you charge?
Craniosacral Therapy 1 hour £45
Reflexology 50 mins £40
Indian Head Massage 40 mins £35
There is free parking in the side roads in the evening, the nearest road is a couple of minutes walk away.
There are also a number of public car parks behind the local shops. This is about a five minute walk.
